Our Founder: In 1989, Curtis Farmer founded Commercial Glass in a building at 607 S. Lafayette Street in Shelby. The business quickly grew and Commercial Glass relocated to our current location at 1405 S. Lafayette Street. Through his drive and knowledge, Curtis was able to take Commercial Glass from its humble beginnings and transform it into a regional leader in the glass industry. In addition to his business success, Curtis became an outstanding athlete. He competed in tennis, water skiing, and is a six time lronman and a World lronman Championship qualifier. Now in his eighties, Curtis continues to run, bike, and swim.
